The Los Angeles Dodgers are coming off a chaotic series finale against the division rival San Diego Padres. Thursday night’s brawl featured benches clearing and both managers getting ejected.

Now, the Dodgers will have to pivot and begin a three-game series against the Washington Nationals, which kicks off Friday night at Dodger Stadium.

The Dodgers lineup will face Nationals left-handed pitcher Mackenzie Gore, who is 3-6 with a 2.89 ERA and 119 strikeouts this season.

Both Freddie Freeman and Max Muncy are out of the lineup against the left-hander. Michael Conforto is back in after sitting the last two games to reset.

A left-hander will also be on the mound for the Dodgers as Clayton Kershaw will make his seventh start of the year. Kershaw has a 2-0 record with a 3.25 ERA and 20 strikeouts on the season.
