The OK Crew 10-and-under baseball team and the Oklahoma Bandits 12-and-under teams started their OK Kids state tournaments on Tuesday. The OK Crew, in their state tournament in Elk City, lost 6-5 to Perkins Prime X in the first round on Tuesday, as Perkins got a walk-off RBI double in the bottom of the fifth inning. On Wednesday, the Crew got eliminated with a 9-2 loss to Washington Warriors Cain.
The Bandits won their first-round game 13-3 against the Clinton Maroon on Tuesday in Weatherford. On Wednesday, the Bandits lost 4-3 to the Altus Bulldogs. Next, the Bandits will play Washington Warriors Wesley on Thursday at 3 p.m. With a win, the Bandits would play on Friday at 5 p.m.
