The Colorado Rockies have announced that Wednesday night’s game against the Los Angeles Dodgers will resume at 8:20 p.m. PT.
The game entered a rain delay in the top of the sixth inning, but not before the Dodgers caught a big break.
With two on and two outs, Max Muncy hit a fly ball into the rainy sky in the infield. The ball got lost in the elements, and dropped in between first and second base.
Muncy reached first on a single, and two runs scored to break a 0-0 tie and give L.A. a 2-0 lead.
The Dodgers just caught a huge break from the umpires.
Thanks to the rain, Max Muncy gets a two-run single on an infield pop up and the Dodgers break a 0-0 tie to take a 2-0 lead in the 6th inning.
Then, the game was delayed due to the rain.
