O’FALLON, Mo. – A pair of three-run innings propelled the Johnstown Mill Rats past the O’Fallon Hoots 6-4 in the first game Friday, but the hosts rebounded with a 4-3 triumph in the second contest.
Picked up in the bottom of the first inning with no score, O’Fallon tallied two runs in the fourth inning and added one in the fifth during the first game. Johnstown answered with three runs each in the fifth and seventh. O’Fallon added one in the ninth.
