The next phase of MLB All-Star voting is underway (through Wednesday) and a certain Atlanta Brave has a chance to start for the NL in front of his home crowd:

Along with all the on the field reasons Acuna Jr. should start in the game, the biggest reason may simply be it will just be fun to see him one of baseball’s biggest stages. The All-Star game is meant to be a fun time to celebrate the biggest stars of the game, so having Acuna Jr. involved is best for everyone who enjoys the game. Vote Ronald!

Braves News

As for other All-Star news, Hayden Harris and JR Ritchie will be representing the Braves for the National League in the Futures game.

As Ivan the Great points out, the same issues the Braves struggled with in 2024 have continued to cause plenty of issues in 2025.

Nick Montgomery ended the weekend on a strong note in Augusta.

With the Angels coming to town, several Braves sent their best wishes to current Angels manager and former Braves coach Ron Washington. It was announced Washington would miss the rest of the season on medical leave a few days ago.

Michael Harris II and the Braves feel he can get back on track sooner rather than later at the plate.

Cal Raleigh hit his 33rd home run as the Mariners beat the Royals on Monday.

The Astros placed Jeremy Peña on the IL with a rib injury.

Tyler Mahle of the Rangers will likely be out for at least another month due to a rotator cuff strain.

Bryce Harper was reinstated from the IL by the Phillies.
