BALTIMORE (WBFF) — The Baltimore Orioles are stepping up their style game this summer with a fashionable new collaboration featuring acclaimed local designer Jody Davis, the organization announced Tuesday.
The partnership reimagines the team’s beloved Birdland Hawaiian Shirt giveaway as part of an exclusive limited-edition fashion collection to benefit the Baltimore Design School.
Inspired by creative Orioles fans who have repurposed their Hawaiian shirts into custom outfits over the years, Davis has transformed the 2025 version of the iconic shirt into a small collection of unique, wearable pieces.

The capsule includes women’s dresses, a gender-neutral top and short set, and a pair of men’s pants—all crafted with Davis’s signature eye for bold, functional design.
Fans will get the chance to bid on pieces in the collection during a silent auction on Saturday, July 12, at the Orioles Authentics Store on Eutaw Street. Bidding will open when the ballpark gates open and continue through the sixth inning of that evening’s game against the Miami Marlins.
Proceeds from the auction will go to support the Baltimore Design School, a public 6–12 school that offers specialized programs in fashion, graphic design, and architecture.
Davis, a graduate of Baltimore’s Western High School, is passionate about giving back to the city that shaped her.
“As a proud Baltimore native who literally grew up with the Orioles, collaborating with the team is a full-circle moment for me,” said Davis, via press release. “Through my Jody Davis Collection, I’m thrilled to infuse my passion for wearable fashion with the Orioles’ iconic spirit, designing looks that celebrate our city and its loyal fans. This partnership is more than fashion–it’s about honoring Baltimore’s vibrant community and the team that has inspired me since childhood.”
Davis will also throw out the ceremonial first pitch before Saturday night’s game.
