TAMPA, Fla. — The Tampa Bay Rays, who will play their regular season home schedule at Steinbrenner Field in 2025 because of storm damage to Tropicana Field, will have a “clear bag policy” in place.
According to the team’s website, permitted bags include:
One Clear Bag (plastic, vinyl, or soft PVC) with no obscured interior pockets per person
Clear Bag cannot exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
Clear Bag should be a single compartment
Clear Bag may have handles or straps
Plastic Storage Bag (reusable, clear) 1 Gallon size are acceptable
The team will also have polices related to fanny packs.
Items that won’t be allowed inside the stadium include:
Any non-transparent bags – all bags must be CLEAR
Backpacks, luggage of any kind, computer bags, camera bags, briefcases, or similar
Hard sided bags, boxes or containers
Fanny packs, clutches, wallets, or any other bag or purse larger than the permissible size of 5”x7”
