Parents of young athletes aged 5 to 14 have a big opportunity coming to Shreveport this summer. The Centenary Gents Baseball Camp is coming up soon, with the last set of seminars for the season. Aspiring baseball stars of young ages will have a chance to learn and practice with coaches and players, but spots are limited and time is running out.

The camp will split attendees into groups based on their ages and skill levels for the three-day summer camp. Young athletes will learn and practice baseball basics like baserunning, hitting, and fielding. This opportunity for young local athletes is not something to pass up.

The last camp will run from July 14th to July 16th and kick off at 8:30 am each day. The cost of attendance covers provided daily lunch and a camp t-shirt. Players will meet on the Centenary campus in Shreveport at Sheehee Stadium. Young players will have a chance to learn under three-time SCAC Coach of the Year Mike Diaz.
