Here’s an overview of your public transportation options to The Battery and Truist Park.
COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Unlike the sports venues in Downtown Atlanta, which are directly serviced by a MARTA stop at their front door, Truist Park in Cobb County doesn’t exactly have the reputation for being easy to reach by public transit.
But it’s not necessarily as bad as you might think.

Thousands of people will come through The Battery across All-Star Week, creating serious congestion around Truist Park. If you’re wondering if there is some way to possibly skip all that, there are indeed public transportation options for you to consider.Â

By rail
Cobb County, somewhat infamously, does not have any MARTA connection. There’s no way to take rail to the ballpark, or even get within walking distance.
However, that doesn’t mean you can’t still utilize MARTA to get to Truist Park.

It will drop you off at Cobb Parkway and Windy Ridge Parkway, which is one of the entrance points toward The Battery off Cobb Parkway. It’s only a few-minute walk to the inner Battery and ballpark from there.

By bus
The CobbLinc system has a couple routes that go right around the ballpark.
Route 10 and Rapid 10, which as noted above are accessible via Midtown Atlanta and MARTA rail stations in that part of the city.Route 15, which is accessible via the Marietta Transfer Center.Route 20, which goes to the Cumberland Transfer Center (about a 20-minute walk to Truist Park from there, or you can take the Cumberland Circulator).Route 25, which makes stops on Spring Road approaching the ballpark and goes to the Cumberland Transfer Center.Route 50, which makes a stop at Power Ferry Road and Windy Ridge Parkway (a mile or so from the ballpark) and goes to the Cumberland Transfer Center.
(You can also connect all the way from Kennesaw on Route 40 and 45 by transferring to other routes at the Marietta Transfer Center, and from Hamilton E. Holmes MARTA or South Cobb County via Route 30 to the Marietta Transfer Center.)
Note on Hopper
If you check out this Braves website on public transit, it lists the Hopper autonomous shuttle program that had gone between Cobb Galleria and The Battery. However that does not appear to have been in operation since late last year.
