Oregon’s Jason Reitz is headed to the Minnesota Twins organization.

The Ducks’ 6-foot-10 right-hander was selected by the Twins in the fourth round with the No. 119 overall pick of the MLB draft on Monday.

The pick has a slotted value of $635,700, according to MLB.com.

Reitz went 5-1 with a 3.50 ERA and had 73 strikeouts over 64 1/3 innings last season at Oregon after transferring from Saint Mary’s, where he spent two seasons. He went 3-1 with one save and posted a 6.00 ERA over 48 innings pitched in 2024.

The second current Oregon player to be drafted this year, Reitz joins Mason Neville and is the highest selected UO pitcher since Ryne Nelson went No. 56 overall in 2019.
