It may be the All-Star Break, but it provides anything but a break. MLB got its All-Star festivities fully underway with the Home Run Derby (things didn’t go great for our Jazz Chisholm Jr.), on the same day that the MLB Draft wrapped up. In fact, the bulk of the draft went down yesterday, with the league working through the last 17 rounds, and you can get the rundown on all the picks the Yankees made here.

We’ll have plenty more draft coverage today ahead of tonight’s All-Star Game. Nolan will do a Yankees-centric review of the whole draft, while Dan Kelly will pinch-hit and discuss where the Yankees’ system depth stands. Also, Michael will analyze the league’s opaque system that determines how much teams can offer their draft picks.
