LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The Athletics have activated a construction camera so fans can get a real-time look at progress on the team’s Las Vegas stadium.

The team officially announced the camera webpage on Thursday at athletics.com/ballparkcam.

Users can look at an array of images captured since June 9. There are also options to view a live stream, a timelapse and a panoramic shot.

A’s team owner John Fisher and other dignitaries held a ceremonial groundbreaking last month for the $1.75 billion stadium, which is being built at the site of the former Tropicana casino-hotel.

“There are gonna be thousands of people on this site in short order,” Fisher told the audience at the time.

The team has said it expects to complete construction of the new Las Vegas stadium in time for the 2028 MLB season. The A’s are playing in West Sacramento, California, in the interim.
