The Minnesota Twins lost a tight game to the last place Colorado Rockies 6-4 in Denver Friday night.

The Twins provided the Rockies with their 23rd win with 74 losses, the worst record in baseball. The Twins made a late game comeback after being down 5-0, but Willie Castro could not produce another homer in the ninth to tie the score.

The Rockies had 13 hits to the Twins 10 and Chris Paddack went five innings but gave up five earned runs. Byron Buxton had three hits, including a home run, and Ryan Jeffers had four hits for the Twins.
