The Tampa Bay Rays kicked off their second half of the season with a bang as they put up double digits on Friday and proceeded to take two of three against the Baltimore Orioles.

Several players had impressive showings with Danny Jansen and Junior Caminero both going deep twice. However, Yandy Diaz received our Player of the Series honor as he was an on-base machine who also happened to launch a grand slam over the three game set.

Overall, Diaz hit .600/.714/1.000 with 1 HR over 14 trips to the plate.

After an early season slump, Diaz has regained his footing as one of the premier offensive performers in the game and enters play on Monday hitting .294/.352/.468 with 15 HR over 418 PA, registering a 127 wRC+ and 1.9 fWAR over 94 games.
