Trend: North Coast Social gives the Guardians another premium space that’s flexible in how it’s sold or used.
Mission: Twenty open-air Terrace Boxes in the upper deck, down the third-base line, replaced a more formal dining setup that was enclosed. The space gives the Guardians an interesting social setting in which to sell season-ticket equivalents, as opposed to solely 81-game season memberships.

Target audience: Ideal for groups of five to 11 fans.
Membership/access cost: The Terrace Boxes are sold on an individual game basis, as well as in 10, 20, 40, and 81-game packages. Those begin at $175 per ticket, per game. Standing-room-only tickets are also available at $140 per game (but don’t come with access to Terrace Boxes). The ticket price includes all food and beverage.
