The Los Angeles Dodgers look to secure a series victory over the Tampa Bay Rays in Sunday’s series finale.
The Dodgers will have their ace on the mound in Yoshinobu Yamamoto. The right-hander is sporting a 2.63 ERA with 133 strikeouts across 116.1 innings pitched this season.
Opposite Yamamoto is Rays right-handed pitcher Joe Boyle, who has a 2.82 ERA with 24 strikeouts in 22.1 innings of work.
Shohei Ohtani is back in the leadoff spot, while Mookie Betts returns to being the Dodgers’ No. 2 hitter. Additionally, Alex Call gets his first start of the season for the Dodgers.
Call was acquired just before Thursday’s 3 p.m. trade deadline from the Washington Nationals.
