LINDSIDE — James Monroe rising junior baseball standout Kadyn Hines has announced his commitment to play college baseball uder head coach Steve Sabins at West Virginia University after he graduates from high school.

Hines, who pitched and played shortstop for the Mavericks this past season, posted a 5-2 record on the mound while striking out 115 batters over 51 1-3 innings. His fastball has been clocked at 93 mph.
