Former Toronto Blue Jays closer Jordan Romano has been off to a horrible start to his 2025 season with the Philadelphia Phillies but things have recently changed for the better.

Jordan Romano has completely turned around his game with the Phillies

Fans in Philadelphia were not too pleased with Romano at the start of the season as he had a terrible ERA and seemed like he was simply not the same pitcher he once was before his injury last season.

Things over the last couple of weeks have completely changed ahe ever since April 20th he has been on fire for the Phillies with a 1.45 ERA in 6.2 innings pitched, giving up only a total of 5 hits.

Jordan Romano since April 20th:

6.2 IP | 5 H | 1 ER | 2 BB | 7 K | 1.45 ERA

Fans have since clearly come around on Romano as he is starting to look like the all-star reliever he once was for the Blue Jays.

Jordan Romano went into deep thought and realized «wait I’m goated» and has been awesome ever since

I’m back on the Jordan Romano train. He was tipping his pitches, they fixed it, now he’s amazing

Since Romano only signed a one year deal last off-season, if he continues to pitch like this, he will surely be landing a nice sized contract.
