ST. CLOUD — Nico Libed got two hits for the Mankato MoonDogs in a 4-0 loss to St. Cloud in a Northwoods League playoff game Monday night. The MoonDogs won Game 1 of the best-of-three series 2-1 Sunday night.
The Rox scored three runs in the second, which ended up being all they would need.
The MoonDogs had five hits in the game, but only surrendered four hits. Evan Hughes allowed just one earned run over three innings in relief.
Mankato and St. Cloud finish their series at 6:35 p.m. Tuesday at St. Cloud.
