Royals rally, take series opener

The Royals scored four runs in the sixth to erase a 4-2 deficit and take a 6-4 lead. Salvador Perez hit a two-run homer, the 294th of his career, to left to tie it and Isbel’s blast to right put the Royals ahead for good. The Royals added a run in the eighth on Yastrzemski’s sacrifice fly and Carlos Estevez notched his 30th save to help the Royals to a 7-4 victory in the series opener.
