CLEVELAND, Ohio — José Ramírez took over the Guardians’ franchise lead in multi-homer games Tuesday when he belted a go-ahead solo shot to right field off Miami’s Calvin Faucher in the bottom of the eighth inning, and Cleveland picked up a 4-3 win Tuesday at Progressive Field.

Ramírez, who entered the game tied with Albert Belle and Jim Thome at 26 multi-home run games in his career, opened the scoring in the first with a solo shot off Marlins starter Janson Junk. But when Miami rallied to tie the score with three runs in the fifth, it was up to Ramírez to save the day.
