Kwan had a nice day today. He represented both of the Guardians’ hits today!

But, hey, if you like defense… boy, was this the game for you.

Schneemann and Arias connected on a beautiful relay to nab Jurickson Profar at the plate on a Matt Olson double in the third.

Per MLB.com reporter Tim Stebbins, that throw from Arias was 94 mph. Pretty cool.

Bo Naylor nabbed two would-be base-stealers in a nice performance behind the plate.

Cantillo threw 5 innings of 1-run ball, inducing 13 whiffs. Walked 4, though, not totally ideal. RBI walk represented his only earned run on the day.

Not a pretty offensive performance.

Manzardo got on base twice with two walks. It’s great to see him being more patient at the plate and walking, especially during his hot stretch since the All-Star Break.

It’s Cecconi vs. Joey Wentz tomorrow, go get a win.
