Whatever your New York baseball team of choice is, I think we can ALL agree that when Metro North added the ‘Yankee Clipper’ option back in 2009, when the ‘new’ Yankee Stadium opened, it was a major game changer, literally, for those traveling to the Bronx.
Growing up in the Hudson Valley, we were constantly going to the stadium to catch a game, and even though the ride down in the car wasn’t all that bad (and the tailgating in the ‘old’ Yankee Stadium lots was the absolute best), having the option to take the train, literally, to the stadium, was a huge win.

Metro North Adds Extra Trains Ahead of Yanks/Red Sox Series

An Inside Look at a NY Yankees Suite Experience
