The University of Louisville baseball team will play two exhibition games this fall.

Coming off a sixth trip to the College World Series, the Cardinals will play one fall game at home and will travel to Chicago for a second one.

The road trip will be a game against UIC on Sept. 27 at noon ET in Chicago.

The Cardinals will then host Eastern Kentucky at Jim Patterson Stadium on Oct. 3 at 3 p.m.

Both are scheduled for ‘games’, but in the past, the two fall games have been 15-plus inning contests for the Cardinals.

Louisville will also host its annual Pizza Bowl this fall. The times and dates for those games will be announced at a later time.

All fall games at Jim Patterson Stadium are free admission.

Louisville put together a 42-24 overall record in 2025, winning the Nashville Regional at No. 1 overall seed Vanderbilt before defeating Miami in the Super Regional round at Jim Patterson Stadium. The Cardinals then matched the program’s deepest postseason run, reaching the bracket final in Omaha.
