The first series against the Chicago Cubs will be at Wrigley Field from May 18-20. The Cubs won’t come to American Family Field until June 26-28.
The Brewers have plenty of marquee matchups outside of the division. The New York Yankees come to town from May 8-10 and the Los Angeles Dodgers visit from May 22-24.
Milwaukee will also have a special series against the team formerly known as the Oakland Athletics. The A’s are set to host home games in Sacramento next season, however the two teams will play at Las Vegas Ballpark, home of the AAA Las Vegas Aviators, from June 8-10.
This year’s All-Star break is from July 13-16. The game will be played on July 14 at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia.
The Brewers face an absolute gauntlet following the break, with 51 games in 55 days. That includes a brutal stretch from July 31-Aug. 16 where the Crew will play 17 games in 17 days with back-to-back road series against San Diego and the Dodgers to end the stretch.
Of the Brewers’ final 26 games of the season, 19 will come against NL Central opponents including seven against the Cubs. The Brewers will have only three off days during that stretch.
Looking at the rest of the league, the regular season officially kicks off on March 25 when the Giants host the Yankees at Oracle Park.
