In the National League, the San Diego Padres, Arizona Diamondbacks, Atlanta Braves and New York Mets are fighting for the final three MLB postseason spots, with some other teams hoping to make a late run into the MLB playoff picture.
In the American League, the Baltimore Orioles are in a good spot for a wild-card bid, while the Minnesota Twins and Kansas City Royals are also in line for postseason positions right now, but other teams are still not out of the race.
