Each fall college baseball teams get two opportunities to play exhibition games and the Auburn Tigers are going to get more exposure than most when coach Butch Thompson’s program faces an all-star team from the Savannah Bananas on October 25th at Plainsman Park. The all-star team will face off against Clemson two days earlier before making the trip to the Plains to face the Tigers. The contest will be streamed on the Youtube Channel for the Savannah Bananas.
Auburn will also face Kennesaw State this fall with the Tigers traveling to their new facility on November 8 for game number two.
The Tigers finished last season with a record of 41-20 overall and advanced to the Super Regionals before falling to Coastal Carolina.Â
