New York’s DKNY and the New York Yankees have come together for a new collab through Major League Baseball for a limited-edition capsule collection. The line channels the energy of New York City, blending classic New York Yankees iconography with DKNY’s signature downtown logo on a canvas of all-black ready-to-wear and accessories.

The 2025 limited-edition capsule collection showcases DKNY’s urban looks. The line features a tonal black-on-black palette, a tribute to New York’s street style. Drawing inspiration from the Yankees’ game day gear, each piece has subtle hints of embroidery, as well as DKNY x Yankees co-branding throughout.

The collection’s thirteen ready-to-wear pieces can be remixed both on and off the field. The centerpiece is a heavyweight player’s bomber jacket, a nod to the brand’s heritage, with chenille Yankees lettering on the back. Additional notable pieces include an all-black hoodie, track pants with a classic athletic silhouette, and a fitted tank dress.

For accessories, a co-branded Yankees New Era cap unites the two New York brands in a tribute to the city itself.

The capsule features the tagline Don’t Knock New York. Pulled from DKNY’s archives, the phrase first appeared in the early 90s and quickly became synonymous with the brand. The phrase is a love letter to the city and a reminder of its resilience, individuality, and boldness.

DKNY was the first fashion brand to advertise at Yankee stadium in 2010, and last year, the brand re-entered the stadium with a larger-than-life billboard.

The DKNY x Yankees limited-edition capsule collection will launch on September 5, 2025, and will be available to shop on DKNY.com and in-person at Yankee Stadium while supplies last. The collection will be available in sizes XS S– XL sizing, with prices ranging up to $380.
