MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – Low humidity and slightly below normal temperatures will continue through the end of the week.
PELICANS PLAYOFFS
Tonight is a big night for the Myrtle Beach Pelicans as the playoffs begin. The Pelicans will take on the Columbia Fireflies at 7:05 PM in game one of the South Division Championship Series. For those headed out to the game tonight, expect more clouds to be around at times this evening. Temperatures will be cooler with a light breeze around for those at the ballpark.
Let’s Go Birds! The Pelicans take on the Fireflies in GAME 1 of the playoffs. Expect more clouds around this evening and a forecast that’s tolerable for playoff baseball! It should be a great evening.(WMBF)

Winds out of the north and northeast will keep temperatures cooler through the middle and end of the week with low humidity. Occasional bouts of clouds will be likely at times, but no rain is expected.

THIS WEEKEND
The weekend will continue to feature pleasant weather. An area of low pressure will develop off the NC coast on Saturday enhancing cloud cover and providing a very slim chance of a stray sprinkle or two near the beaches.
Sunday will see more sunshine. Temperatures through the weekend will reach the lower 80s with continued low humidity.
