Five players from the 2025 TinCaps roster were selected to represent the San Diego Padres in the Arizona Fall League, the team and MLB announced Wednesday.

Shortstop Ryan Jackson, outfielder Braedon Karpathios and right-handed pitchers Isaiah Lowe, Johan Moreno and Maikel Mirales will play for the Peoria Javelinas. A Former TinCaps catcher and Padres No. 1 prospect will also be on the team with clubhouse manager Sam Lewis as part of the support staff.

Jackson was called up to Double-A San Antonio on Aug. 19 after twice putting together a 16-game on-base streak over the course of his 48 games in Fort Wayne.

Karpathios led the TinCaps in several hitting categories, including hits (93), doubles (19), walks (65) and RBIs (55). The No. 29 prospect in the Padres system was also called up to Double-A on Aug. 19.

Lowe, the No. 26 Padres prospect, has made 29 starts over the last two seasons in Fort Wayne with a 5.29 ERA. Moreno appeared in five games for the TinCaps while Miralles made two starts in Fort Wayne near the end of the season.

Two Fort Wayne natives were also selected to the Arizona Fall League. Bishop Dwenger High School and Ivy-Tech grad Mathew Peters will represent the Chicago Cubs. Chat Yeager will represent the Toronto Blue Jays.
