Coming off a sweep of the Colorado Rockies, the Dodgers (82-64) are headed to the final two weeks of the regular season, leading San Diego by 2.5 games, and facing their longtime nemeses, the San Francisco Giants (74-72). Yoshinobu Yamamoto will face the Giants’ Justin Verlander this first weekend followed by a series in LA to close out the season. Meanwhile, it’s the Dodgers’ 15th winning season in a row, a claim that few MLB teams can make.
