READING, PA. – The Fightin Phils were shut out Thursday night. They hit the field Friday looking for an offensive bounce back.
The bats get going early. In the top of the first Felix Reyes hits his 15th homer of the season, a solo shot, 1-0.
The long ball would continue to help the Phils in the bottom of the fourth, this time Alex Binelas with a solo shot, 2-0.
A 2-run shot in the top of the eighth by Patriot’s Garrett Martin would tie the game at 3.
