WISCONSIN — It was a Sunday afternoon that included every emotion you can possibly feel.
After building up a 10-0 lead, the Packers lost 13-10 to the previously winless Browns in Cleveland.
Jordan Love threw a costly interception. Bad. It helped the Browns tie the game.
Brandon McManus lined up for a 43-yard field goal that would have put the Packers ahead. Things were looking good again. The field goal was blocked by the Browns’ Shelby Harris from Homestead High School. That’s bad.
The Browns won the game on a 55-yard field goal in the final seconds. That’s really bad. The Packers drop to 2-1. It was a game they should have won. I know it’s early in a long season.
It’s the way they lost that was so hard to take.
Meanwhile, pitcher Robert Gasser returned from Tommy John surgery to start for the Brewers on Sunday in St. Louis. That’s very good.
The Cardinals won the game though, 5-1. That’s bad. Still, with a magic number of one, the Brewers could still clinch their third straight National League Central Division title with a Cubs loss in Cincinnati.
The Cubs lost 1-0. That’s great. The Brewers win their division for the fourth time in five years.

Fantastic. They clinched a bye and could still end up with a franchise record for wins and the top seed in the National League.
The cloud is a right lat strain that has landed starting pitcher Brandon Woodruff on the injured list. If he can’t pitch in the playoffs, that’s really bad.
All in all, Sunday had a bit of everything. It was a rollercoaster that all sports fans around here are used to riding.
