While the Toronto Blue Jays™ have had a standout year on the field, they aren’t the only ones making history. Blue Jays fans are having a record-breaking season of their own, smashing not one but two all-time records for Schneiders Loonie Dogs sold. Schneiders is giving fans the championship treatment they deserve and marking the sizzling milestone with limited-edition merch to honour the fans who packed the stands, showed up hungry, and made Loonie Dog history.

It all began on Tuesday, July 22, when 42,326 fans packed the stands and hit a record-breaking 84,731 Schneiders Loonie Dogs sold in a single night. To celebrate that victory, Schneiders took a page from the champions’ playbook and raised a pennant at the Schneiders Porch, immortalising the fans who turned hot dogs into history.

But like any great season, the story didn’t end there. On August 26, the record was shattered with a home run of 96,633 Loonie dogs sold, proving Blue Jays fans know how to deliver wins. That officially crowns Blue Jays fans of summer 2025 the Loonie Dog World Champs, and Schneiders is celebrating with bold, World-Series-inspired merch.

“Schneiders Hot Dogs have been part of what makes Blue Jays games so special for almost 15 years. This season, fans broke records and turned our hot dogs into history,” said D’Arcy Finley, VP of brands at Maple Leaf Foods. “We created this limited-edition merch to celebrate the success of Loonie Dogs with fans in a way that feels just as special as the summer we shared.”

Fans looking to grab their piece of Loonie Dogs history can head to section 108 on the main level concourse (beside The Catch Bar) at Rogers Centre on Tuesday, September 23 -the final Loonie Dogs Night before the postseason -to score Schneiders’ limited-edition merch. What better way to end the season than with a three-peat? Schneiders is rallying fans to set one last record-breaking night on Tuesday, September 23.
