Cody Laweryson recently made his Major League debut for the Minnesota Twins and is now planning to thank some of the people who helped him get there.Laweryson grew up in Bingham and graduated from Valley High School and then from the University of Maine in Orono.A right-handed relief pitcher, he made his debut with the Twins on Sept. 13, throwing two scoreless innings against Arizona. He has now scheduled a meet-and-greet at Valley High School on Oct. 4 from 1 to 3 p.m. The event is free and he will be signing autographs for people who show up.
