Johan Oviedo started the game and gave up both of the earned runs to Cincinnati in 4.2 innings. He also had seven strikeouts, which is a positive. Dauri Moreta closed out the fifth inning for Oviedo, and Hunter Barco picked up the win in relief because the starter didn’t go five innings.

He had 125 strikeouts this season over 101.2 innings pitched. Greene took on the Chicago Cubs in his last start, pitching a complete game shutout, allowing just one hit with nine strikeouts.
