USA TODAY Sports’ Gabe Lacques breaks down the AL MVP race between Yankees’ Aaron Judge and Mariners’ Cal Raleigh.

It’s Game 162 across baseball on Sunday, Sept. 28 with two division titles and the National League’s final playoff berth still on the line.

The Blue Jays and New York Yankees are tied atop the American League East entering the final day of the season, but Toronto holds the tiebreaker and will win the division if the teams finish with identical records. The Blue Jays will clinch the division with a win or a Yankees loss on Sunday. In the AL Central, the Guardians and Detroit Tigers are also even, with Cleveland owning the tiebreaker.

The NL’s third wild card spot will also be decided, with the Cincinnati Reds holding the tiebreaker over the New York Mets and the both teams at 83-78 through 161 games.
