Jazz Chisholm Jr. in live batting practice at Yankees camp

Jazz Chisholm Jr. in live batting practice at Yankees camp vs. starter Luis Gil, at Tampa, Fla.

NEW YORK – Here we go, Game 162.

First up, Yankees’ second baseman Jazz Chisholm Jr. is not in the lineup, after being drilled on the left forearm by a 97-mph fastball in Saturday’s 6-1 win against Baltimore.

Chisholm’s initial X-rays and a CT scan came back negative, but Jose Caballero will get the start at second base on Sunday afternoon.

For the Yankees to repeat as AL East champs, the math is down to this…

Win Sunday’s 3:05 p.m. game at Yankee Stadium against the Baltimore Orioles AND have the Toronto Blue Jays lose their game against the Tampa Bay Rays at Rogers Centre.

All MLB games have the same start time, so by around 6 p.m., we’ll get the full playoff picture.

If the Yankees’ postseason entry is the top AL wild card seed, they’ll host a best-of-three series beginning Tuesday, with the winner advancing to the Division Series.

If the Yankees win the division, they’ll get a bye into the Division Series, beginning Saturday.

Here’s the Yankees’ lineup for Sunday, with Luis Gil (4-1, 3.29) starting against Orioles’ right-hander Kyle Bradish (1-1, 2.25), who held the Yanks to one run over six innings last Sunday at Baltimore:

At Toronto, the pitching matchup is Rays’ lefty Ian Seymour (4-2, 2.85) vs. veteran righty Kevin Gausman (10-11, 3.47).
