Well the season is finally over and it ended with a whimper on Sunday afternoon. On a perfect day in Sacramento the A’s dropped their final game of the season to the Kansas City Royals, falling 9-2 and finishing the 2025 season, their first in West Sacramento, with a 76-86 record. An improvement overall but still a long ways to go to contention. Better luck next year, fellas. Now get some well deserved rest this winter and see you all next spring!
