Brewers make franchise history with 97th win

The Brewers have done it all in the regular season: clinched a playoff spot, clinched the division title, have the best record in Major League Baseball and now have broken the regular season franchise record with the team’s 97th win. The Brew Crew beat the Cincinnati Reds 4-2 in the final game of the regular season. “We got our new franchise record wins and that is really important for this team, you don’t get to see that every year,” Tyler Casey said.And now it’s on to the playoffs. Milwaukee’s first National League Division Series game will be Saturday, Oct. 4. They will face the Padres or the Cubs.
