The Brewers are the top seed in the National League and as the team with the best record in baseball they have home-field advantage throughout the postseason.

With the top spot, they earned a bye into the National League Division Series and await the winner of the Chicago CubsSan Diego Padres wild-card series.

Here’s what to know about when the Brewers’ playoff schedule and when they’ll play next.

When do the Brewers play next?

Game 1 of the Brewers’ NLDS is set for Saturday, Oct. 4, at American Family Field. The Brewers bypass the wild card round this year and go straight into the divisional round. That means the Brewers, fresh off setting a franchise record in wins at 97, will get five days of rest from the end of the regular season to their next game.

What time do the Brewers play Game 1 of the NLDS?

The time has not yet been announced for Game 1. There are four other divisional series games, two in the National League and two in the American League, that day.

The 2025 MLB postseason bracket is set.

The Brewers are the top seed in the National League and the Toronto Blue Jays are the No. 1 seed in the American League. The Philadelphia Phillies (National League) and the Seattle Mariners (American League) are the two seeds in their respective leagues and also earn byes into the divisional round.

The best-of-three wild card series begin on Tuesday, Sept. 30.

In the National League, it’s the Los Angeles Dodgers vs. the Cincinnati Reds in one series and the Chicago Cubs vs. the San Diego Padres in the other.

In the American League, division rivals square off in both series. It’s the Cleveland Guardians vs. the Detroit Tigers in one series and it’s the New York Yankees vs. the Boston Red Sox in the other.
