In a stunning 10th inning, the Guardians rallied to beat the Rangers on a Brayan Rocchio home run to cap a day where they won the Central Division.
The Cleveland Guardians are headed back to the postseason after completing an improbable turnaround to best the Texas Rangers and become the 2025 AL Central Division Champions.
The Guardians were 15.5 games back of the Detroit Tigers in early July, and won 19 of 21 games in September to clinch the division for the second straight year.

When is the first Guardians playoff game?
The Guardians play the Tigers in Cleveland for the best-of-three wild-card series beginning Tuesday with the first pitch at 1:08 p.m. The game will be aired on ESPN.
Game 2, on Wednesday, Oct. 1, will also begin at 1:08 p.m. and be aired on ESPN.
Game 3, if necessary, begins at 1:08 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 2.
