BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – The 2025 SEC Baseball Tournament bracket is officially set!
The 2025 tournament will be a year of firsts:
Texas and Oklahoma will play in their first SEC baseball tournament since joining the conference last summerPreviously, the top 12 teams qualified for the postseason tournament. This year, all 16 teams automatically qualified for the eventThis year will be the first time that the event will be played in a single-elimination format
The top four seeds in the tournament received double-byes this year and will not play a game until at least Thursday and/or Friday in the quarterfinals (pending weather delays, etc.).
The event will officially begin Tuesday morning with four games throughout the day, followed by four more games on Wednesday, and two on Thursday and Friday before the semifinals on Saturday and championship on Sunday, May 25.

Thursday games (May 22) – Quarterfinals
#1 Texas vs. winner of Tennessee/TBA second round game#4 Vanderbilt vs. winner of Georgia/TBA second round game
Friday games (May 23) – Quarterfinals
#2 Arkansas vs. winner of Ole Miss/TBA second round game#3 LSU vs. winner of Auburn/TBA second round game
Saturday games (May 24) – Semifinals
Winner of the Texas/TBA and Vanderbilt/TBA quarterfinals game will play each other Winner of the Arkansas/TBA and LSU/TBA quarterfinals game will play each other
Sunday game (May 25) – Championship
Winners of the two semifinals games will play Sunday for the championship
