Taylor McGregor, known as a college football and UFL sideline reporter for ESPN, joined the network in 2019. She’s on the call of the Guardians vs. Tigers Wild Card Series, which to date has been the most exciting of the postseason. The Tigers won a close game on Tuesday and things are tied up, 1-1, in the sixth inning of Game 2 on Wednesday.

“Taylor McGregor has been good as the reporter on Guardians-Tigers,” prominent sports media critic Andrew Marchand of The Athletic reported.
McGregor is working baseball playoffs for the first time
The Guardians vs. Tigers assignment is McGregor’s first of the baseball postseason. McGregor grew up around baseball and, sports in general, as her father is the late NFL tight end Keli McGregor, who died in 2010.
McGregor called this a “bucket list” assignment for her.
