Kyle Tucker and the Chicago Cubs host Fernando Tatis Jr. and the San Diego Padres on Thursday at Wrigley Field in a winner-takes-all Game 3 of the National League Wild Card Series in the 2025 MLB Playoffs.

The winner will face the Milwaukee Brewers in the best-of-five NLDS starting Saturday.

Yu Darvish is slated to start for the Cubs in Game 3, while the Padres will turn to Jameson Taillon.

Manny Machado’s two-run homer in the fifth inning gave the Padres all the cushion they needed Wednesday in a 3-0 win.
