Yankees players worked out Friday, Oct. 3, 2025, on the eve of the best-of-five AL Division Series against the Blue Jays, beginning at Toronto’s Rogers Centre.

The New York Yankees need to bounce back in a big way.

They were limited to a single run Saturday, and the Toronto Blue Jays expanded on their early lead with a four-run seventh inning as the Yankees dropped a 10-1 decision in Game 1 of the AL Division Series at Rogers Centre.

Now the Yankees turn to their ace in Game 2 on Sunday afternoon with the hopes of evening this best-of-five series before it shifts to the Bronx for Game 3.
