The “Rivalry” series between the Phillies and Pittsburgh Pirates wraps up on Sunday with the Fightins attempting to finish off the sweep.
Normally, a game against the lousy Pirates wouldn’t be considered “must see” viewing, no matter how much MLB tries to tell us this is a real rivalry in the year 2025. But Sunday’s pitching matchup gives us two good reasons to watch: The Pirates will have young ace Paul Skenes on the mound, while the Phillies will counter with the debut of former first round draft pick Mick Abel.

Game time is 1:35 PM and will be televised locally on NBCSP.
