The Milwaukee Brewers were unable to secure a sweep of the Chicago Cubs in the National League Division Series, but have another chance to finish off their NL Central rivals in Game 4 on Thursday night at Wrigley Field.
The Brewers romped to victories in Games 1 and 2 in Milwaukee, but the Cubs fought off elimination with nail-biting win in Game 3 in front of their home fans. Chicago tallied four runs in the first inning but didn’t score again, hanging on for a 4-3 victory.
Ace Freddy Peralta starts for the Brewers while Matthew Boyd takes the mound for the Cubs after failing to get out of the first inning in a Game 1 loss.
