The Los Angeles Dodgers lost Game 3 of the National League Division Series to the Philadelphia Phillies, 8-2, on Wednesday night. The Dodgers will get another chance to punch their tickets to the NL Championship Series on Thursday with Tyler Glasnow set to take to take the hill.

In other news, manager Dave Roberts revealed postgame that reliever Tanner Scott was away from the team due to personal reasons. In a game that got away from the Dodgers in the eighth inning, having another southpaw reliever certainly would have been helpful, especially after Clayton Kershaw’s apparent struggles.

Kershaw allowed four earned runs across his two innings of work, allowing six hits while walking three batters. He failed to record a strikeout and allowed a pair of home runs in what was a brutal eighth inning for the future Hall of Famer.
