The unlikely run of the Cleveland Guardians will continue on to the MLB playoffs as AL Central Division champs.
And Brayan Rocchio made sure they went into the playoffs with another remarkable win.
Rocchio — whose season included being sent down to Triple-A before returning to play a big role in their run — hit a walk-off three-run home run to lift the Guardians to a 9-8 win Sunday, Sept. 28.
The voice of the Guardians, Tom Hamilton, matched the moment with yet another memorable radio call for Cleveland fans.

Rocchio entered Sunday having gone 18 games without an RBI. He then tied the game with a late sacrifice fly to force extra innings before winning it in the bottom of the 10th after the Rangers took a 8-5 lead in the top half of the inning.
